1. Glow plugs work for 8~9 Seconds when cold. But time varies and seems to be automatic. In very cold weather, I will switch off the key and use Glow plugs once again so get a good temp before cranking.

2. I've had the tail bulbs fusing issue on Safari. Then I started doubting that Bulbs are duplicate. Then I went to Proper LED bulbs (Which took a long time to find perfect ones) and never looked back. Guide is on my Blue elephant thread.
The Tail lamps on XUV however last a good 5+ Years.

Do you maintain the pressure always, if so generally tyres last around 40kkm-60kkm. Goodyear EagleF1 in my friend's fiesta lasted around 40kkm (He seldom checks air, only I used to do when I complain the same), being an asymmetrical tyre, the durability was as expected.

Nexon is a sorted product. It's niggles are mostly minor and manageable. If you can get a non-abused piece (with timely services done), you can go ahead with your purchase. It will be OK.
What I feel is the used ones in the market are less km run (20 to 30 kkm) and the owners might be selling them coz of repeated visits to TASS for minor & stupid issues every now and then. I am used to 15 Kkm servicing interval of Fiat & Skoda. For Rapid, during 1L km ownership I had to pay only 3 unscheduled visits while for Avventura ( 75 kkm) only 1.

Anyway, how much is the servicing interval in KMs for Revotorq? And how much is the cost for paid services?

Apologies for late reply.Was too involved in professional work.
Service interval is 7500 kms or 6 months,whichever is earlier.Oil change is done yearly only, not 6 monthly.
Cost of service depends upon what extra work on the car is being done (or added by SA).If only oil change etc,it costs around 2-3000/-

Rusting problem on Brake Rotors in my Nexon.
I was very surprised lately when I tried to rotate my wheels and proceeded after removing the bolts.The front right sided wheel was not coming off at all!.I tried all the tricks in the book,but to no avail.The wheel was simply stuck on the rotors.Mind you it was not iron rim but alloy wheel which was stuck.I called up FNG mechanic,but he wanted to use a crowbar on the rims and discs!.I stopped him from doing that.
After a lot of effort and hammering,the rim finally came off,and only then it was clear what was the reason behind this stuck wheel.It was rust!

What is baffling me is that the car is not old,and so how could it have rusted that badly so fast? I do not wash the car that often.And I have not travelled on water logged roads in my recent memory.
Maybe it's the result of water supply in my taps.It's mostly underground water form submersible pump.I can not pinpoint the cause of rusting as of now.
I came to know from service centre that it's a wear and tear part and not covered under any sort of extended warranty. So I am left on my own . Lets see.

Presume all other wheels are okay, except this front right sided wheel. It looks like heavily rusted and hope it is something abnormal?
Did you talk to Tata Service centre about this rusting matter??
