Main thing with fuel lid opener getting jammed or loose, is don't let fuel pump staffs to close or open the lid, they will bang the lid close.

BMC filter that I have is stock replacement filter. So no plumbing work is required. Just take out the stock filter and replace with BMC filter.

Odo 20050 Kms
Got the fourth service done at my friend’s garage.
Clogged Air filter
After cleaning and Oiling
Total 8000 5w30 Fully Synthetic Oil and Tata Oil Filter.
Cleaned the brake pads, callipers, rotors and greased the calliper pins. Brake Pads will last 5-10k kms more.
Inspected the Cobra Lowering springs, checked for battery distilled water level and cleaned the cabin air filter.
Got the wheels balanced, rotated and aligned.

Just compressed air to remove the brake dust. Rear drums were opened and compressed air was blown and drums sanded.

Odo 30036 Kms
Its been long since the last update. Life has been hectic and uneventful. Tiago meanwhile completed 30k kms. So it was time for service. This time wanted to get some works done at the ASC.
Mobil Oil 3.5 L - Rs. 1,844.5/-
Oil Filter - Rs. 171/-
Fuel Filter - Rs. 434/-
Brake Fluid - Rs. 112/-
Coolant - Rs. 636/-
Drain Plug - Rs. 108/-
Air Cleaner Clip - Rs. 48/- (God knows what this is. ASC gave some random explanation. But didnt want to waste time over 50rs.)
Major Service Labour - Rs. 1416/-
Brake Bleeding, Coolant Change Labour - 649/-
Total - Rs. 5418.5/-
Overall, the service experience was slightly better than average. Can see marked improvements in the way customers are being handled. But TASS is still not upto the level of premium brands like VW in service follow ups.
Car has been given for a complete interior and exterior detailing as I haven't been able to care for her as I used to, before moving to an apartment. Wheel Alignment and Balance is also pending and will be completed in the coming week. Air Filter needs to be cleaned and lubricated. Spark Plugs will be changed in the next service.

Odo - 31000 kms
Air Filter was cleaned with dish soap, vinegar and baking soda. Left the filter to dry overnight and lubed it with Motul 2T oil. Left the filter to set for an hour before fitting it back. The access to air filter is so easy, just remove 5 bolts and the filter cover comes off. Cleaned the filter box with a clean cloth. Couldn't take pictures as I was too involved in the whole process.

Wheel Alignment was checked at around 31500 kms before we went on a 800 kms Drive. The tyres are at the end of their lifespan. I am planning to go for 1 size down(from 205/50 to 195/55). The options are Yoko S-Drives and Conti UC6. Preferring UC 6 because S-drives are directional tyres. Since I am facing left pulling issues with the current directional tyres, I feel S-drives may also cause the same.

Got the tyres changed to Continental UC6 195/55 R15. Tyre price came to 6700 per tyre inclusive of alignment and balancing. Was immediately able to notice less road noise and more comfort. Will have to go on a highway run to know the mileage and grip difference.
Older Tyres worn out on the outer edges (drawback of directional tyres).
The Manufacturing date was 0523(5th Week of 2023).

Went on few Highway rides, including my Marriage trip from Coimbatore to Udupi (via Sathy, Mysore, Coorg), Courtalam Falls(via Madurai, Kovilpatti). The tyres are amazing. So low noise at higher speeds, decent grip and very marginal improvement in mileage (Tank full to Tank full method).

Stock battery was getting to its end of life. Cranks started getting weaker and I was about to travel to Madurai, Rameshwaram and Dhanushkodi. So after 3 years and 6 months of usage, changed the Stock Exide Battery to Amaron 50AH costing me Rs. 6000 without exchange of old battery.
A small incident with an Auto on the way to Rameshwaram. The car is in the workshop for repairs. First time going on with insurance claim process. The claim process has been smooth so far with ACKO.

Car came from Body Shop repair work. Total bill came about 21500. Got insurance of about 17000. Work was upto satisfactory level. Other than that, not much action.
Removed air filter and cleaned.
Decent condition
Cleaned with dish soap, baking soda and vinegar
Oiled using 2T oil.
