IMO Honda Unicorn is a the best in that lot, however it looks pretty dated now. Still it has one of the smoothest engines in the segment.
As for Honda Stunner, it is pretty infamous as the costliest 125cc bike in india. Looks cool, handles city traffic impressively and returns a decent FE of 55-60kmpl(even with spirited riding). However the ride gets damn boring on highways as it runs out of breath pretty soon. At high speeds(80kmph-90kmph) which although can be achieved easily, the high engine noise will force you to get slow down.
So IMO go for Honda Unicorn.

I think it has to be the Unicorn! Unicorn's engine is butter smooth even after few years and the FE is healthy always.

Though check out the waiting periods of all the bikes in your place.

I would recommend you, the Yamaha SZX which comes at Rs. 49000 (Ex.showroom, Delhi). It is equipped with the FZ(150) series engine and looks a lot better than the Unicorn.
I am not sure about the cost of Unicorn in Delhi but here it costs about Rs. 64000 (Ex. Showroom, Nagpur).

Unicorn - wait wait wait .... like the Sindbad episodes you have to wait for months

their is no quality issue with GS150R am using it for the past 1 year
their are service coverage issue on village and suburban areas if you belong to city this is a good one

Extreme is a nice choice

consider yamaha SZ-X also

The Unicorn is the best bike among the choices. But you have to wait after booking for some time, But its still worth every penny and the time you spent waiting.
Some folks get them through some back-door entry, I dont know how actually. But I've seen people getting Unicorns in a month.

And I rip my Unicorn like you guys will never ever and its virtually bullet proof and as good as new. Even the battery is the factory one still. Someone had even offered me 45000 rupees in Mid 2009 for my 2005 Version 1 Unicorn.
My plan is to keep it for the moment.

There is a catch to it.

FZ 16 engine makes 14 BHP

The SZ makes 12.1 BHP
Yes AMG, the power is certainly a bit less, however fuel efficiency compesates that.

I am slightly more inclined towards Discover 150.
Price = 52K on road(source Bike India magazine)
Power = 13 BHP
Top speed = 110

Pulsar 150
price = 62 K
14 BHP
top speed 115

So getting a pulsar 150 seems kind of useless to me.

I would never recommend a Discover150 if its going to be used by you. IMO Yamaha SZX makes more sense. Just Test ride both the bikes back to back and you will find the difference in ride quality, acceleration.

Update

Budget increased increased to 80K OTR

I want a bike that handles like a dream.

I dont care, vibes or no vibes.
I dont care about the build quality
I dont care about the A.S.S.
I dont care if it spends more time in the garage than on road.

I just want a GOOD HANDLING bike.
