It has been over a month now, but the service centre guys have not yet get hold of the replacement parts. I called them last monday and the lady informed me that Radiator fan has arrived but they are waiting for sub frame which will arrive on wednesday and they will call me to fix appointment. But till today have not received any call. Today I am calling them for last time and then will escelate issue up in the management. Hope this gets resolved soon as my car is reaching 15000 mark and I dont want to get my second free servicing done from Om Sai Motors.

@dharmesh: Ask them for the spare part number,order number and the current status. Maybe they haven't even bothered to order the part till date.

Just called them and I was informed that spare parts had already arrive on Friday adn they din't even bother to inform me. . Now I have fixed appointment on Saturday. I wish this is my last encounter with Om Sai Motors. :-)

Why did you not contact FIAT earlier? Why were you at the mercy of TATA?

I was busy with other stuffs and actually got out of mind that I have some work pending with them. It only clicked me last week when I heard the squeaking sound again from front suspensions. Next I need to keep this in mind. Try once and then directly contact FIAT :-)

My car have gone to Service Centre. There is one issue with Wiper blades and needs to be replaced. SE informed me that wiper blades are not covered under warranty. Is it true?

Yes, wiper blade is a wear & tear item, so it wont be covered under warranty.

Pocket will get lighter by Rs.700. just because of the watch man who wash/clean my car daily.

Got my car back from service centre. And all issues are resolved and now PUNTO is rattling and noise free again.

Even my car has rattles. Which service centre could solve the rattles in your car buddy?

For the time being my car is rattle free. But I cannot assure the same one month down the line, because I daily travel from Powai to Chandivali from inside route which is full of pot holes and bad road. So am expecting rattles again sooner or later.

FYI.. I did servicing from Om Sai Motors, Kandivali West, Charkop. Won't recommend you to go to them as had bad experience with them. [:-)]
