Hi All,

Just went through Neo Alloy Wheels. Here is the link

Welcome to Neo Wheels - No. 1 Official Brand

I like the 14in Smoke and 14in Titan designs.

Opinions please.:please:

Regards,
Sankar
Sankar,

The smoke range is good, but also look at the vertigo range which may go well on your Dzire[:)]

Is Neo wheels are costly than HR ??, yes it is better to buy from a shop directly, I think you find good shops in Cochin, if you don't find one in Trivandrum

Hi RK my current Bridgestone stock tires are not up to mark. I suspect they are 175/65 R14. I was planning to buy neo 14in alloy wheels for my car but found upgrading to 195/60 R15 with Lenzo alloys more desirable. Keeping this in mind I went to different shops in trivandrum and they quoted me a price of only 1k per tire as my car had already done nearly 1000km. So selling them for 5k and buying tires worth 25k and alloys worth 22k will be a substantial loss to me. So I have thought of buying used 14in alloys at 8k range and use the current tires for 50k or 2 years and then upgrading to 15in lenzos and Michelin tires.

Sankar

Hi Guys,

Have any one heard about Sonar custom headlight for old generation Swift/Dzire?

This is the headlight lamp and the dealer Autoconnections Delhi quoted a price of 16000. All the bulbs are ordinary bulds. Hid's needs to be fitted additionally into the headlight assembly.

Take proper care before buying them, i mean if they have good projectors, i think its better if you would go for retro fit projectors. In that case you would be well aware of the quality of projectors you would be getting. BTW, a good projectors like morimotos would cost you close to 15-16 grand. Think yourself.

Just from my browsing and advise from my car accessories friend who told me Sonax makes high quality lamps and is very reliable. The only issues is at 16k is a bit too high. Please note that the Sonax headlight listed couple of pics above doesn't come with hid kits. Only projectors in middle lamp. All 3 lamps have normal bulbs. First lamp for signal, second lamp (middle lamp) comes with projector in H1 configuration and comes in normal bulb. Third and last lamp comes with normal bulb in H7 configuration.

Hi Vivek another query.

The last lamp in the Sonar Projector Headlights come in H7. Can it be changed to H4 configuration?

Hello Sankar,

I am impressed with all the efforts you are putting into modification of your car. I am just getting back to your alloys; take my word, don't go for used ones. I cannot give you all the reasons; so, only thing I would recommend that you put everything new as far as possible. I would never suggest a used part however chaep the deal is. As far as upgrade to 15", I would still suggest keeping 14" as long as you can. If you are tight on budget, wait for sometime, as selling your 1 k kms tyres for 5 k is loss. They can hold strong until you can manage to shell out the money for brand new.

BTW, the lights in your photos looked powerful.

You take care; a lot of things have inspired me. The first thing I will contact you in future will be with my audio system.

Regards, Manjax
