For exterior cleaning in dry conditions I use Jopasu duster (takes less than 5 mins if done daily). Jopasu Car Duster
I have dragged my following quote from some other thread to post about my routine car cleaning exercise. One can click on it to view the pics of the in car portable vacuum cleaner.

Only drawback is unavailability of blower facility (to blow away the dust) which makes difficult to clean few crevices where its suction nozzle can not reach.
It is also provided with soft nozzle to clean seat covers.
There is a drawer at bottom which is meant for storage of wire, but I do not use it
IIRC, cost me approx Rs 2000.
At home parking, I use Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner with blower facility which works on electricity. It helps me to
1) clean the interiors with in 10 mins, if the interior are very very dirty then I need to use it for 30 to 40 mins. (I get better quality cleaning than the car cleaning workshops)
2)blower (attached to a OE provided fogger) helps to fog the interiors with camphor which keeps mosquitos and insects at bay.
3)exteriors can be washed with a attached accessory which creates pressure to spray water from a pipe attached to tap (pressure is enough if you're washing the car on alternate day.If the exteriors are too dirty then it is not of much use) Hence I do not use it much for exterior washing as I don't have time to do so on alternative day. Also water available at home is hard hence I prefer to wash the exteriors at outside car washing guys. Till date I have not given my car for interior cleaning to those guys. I do it on my own.
The machine is labelled as 'Wet & Dry' by the manufacturer. It can be used for home and office cleaning also.
- You have to switch off the machine for 2 minutes after every 10 mins of active use to allow the motor to cool down as there is no separate fan for cooling down the motor.
It is serving my cars, home and office from last 8 years. It cost me 10 k INR then, now It is 13 to 14 k.
Once I had to replace its motor because it gone kaput due to continuous operation for hours in a single day.
I have posted the pic of blue coloured machine bellow(source - eureka forbes website) .
