Terms & Conditions

• The “Volkswagen- Beetle Stung” Activity (hereinafter referred to as Activity) is brought to you by Hanmer MSL (Company) in association with Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd. (“Volkswagen”) and is open to all persons who have been contacted by the Company, being residents of India

• The location will be either decided by Hanmer MSL or mutually agreed upon by the Company and the participants

• The photographers’ conveyance won't be borne by Volkswagen India or Hanmer MSL

• Time and itinerary will be conveyed to the participants by mail

• Pick-up and drop will be at the Hanmer MSL’s discretion

• Participants have to bring their own camera equipment

• Video/Still images will be shot of the photographers clicking pictures– they can be reproduced by the Hanmer MSL and Volkswagen to be shared online in the form of web commercial, web ads, and various social media promotions

• Photograph Submission

• Photographers have to share their Image Gallery URL’s with VW India
• All the Photos Uploaded on Flickr should have “VolkswagenIndiaBeetle” tag or a similar tag

• If the photographers wish to share these pictures on Twitter or Facebook Profiles, Blogs and Social Media platforms, they should use specific Twitter hash-tag - #VWBeetle with the mention of @volkswagenIndia, simultaneously tagging @VolkswagenIndia page on Facebook

• The Photographs can be used by the Hanmer MSL and Volkswagen for various online activities (with credit given to the Photographer)

• Participants consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Hanmer MSL and Volkswagen and its respective affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from their breach/non performance of these terms and conditions.

• Hanmer MSL reserves the right to amend the rules of the Activity or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Activity or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.

• Participant(s) who breach the terms, in any manner, shall be disqualified from the Activity and decision of Volkswagen India shall be final in this regards.

• The laws of India govern the Activity. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Mumbai only

The contest sure seems to be a good opportunity for people with serious photography skills and passion for automobiles, but it is currently applicable in Mumbai only. Also, I am unable to locate what exactly the reward is going to be?
