I saw a new car from Toyota, in the front it's like the fortuner .
Rear is getaway. Type like Scorpio(pickup truck)
It's name was HIUX or Hilux.
I couldn't click the pics.[confused]

It must be the new one. He says it had the front of the fortuner. One thing - when I went to TKM's factory a couple of years ago, I could see a plethora of such random imports lying around. This might've been one of them. If it had testing plates (eg - KA 42 TC 1234), the it might be a test car. But I don't think TKM would want to bring such a pick-up to a market wherein products like the Xenon with a lot of potential do not sell much.

Yes Amg that's the car I was talking about.
It was near bidadi , on the way to mysore.
It was a Golden colour.
Some regd no 78 ending, I could't see the number correctly.
But it was almost the fortuner in the front , the headlamp was ditto fortuner.

There are a lots of imported Toyotas in India, right from the Cresta to Hilux and this pick-up coming to India is somewhat suspect-able. One correction – The pick-up trucks do not have much potential in India, which is why they do not sell so well.

You say Bidadi? That's where TKM is, so my logic is feasible. Can you recall if the number plates had white letters on a red background or vice-versa, or just normal white+black?

White & black may be.
I could not recognize, all I was curious about to know the name of vehicle.
KA-42 x 78.

This is definitely not a test car in that case. It must be one of those cars I mentioned of in one of my previous posts. I hope to spot one the next time I visit TKM.
