The wheels are made from 2-inch thick polycarbonate and come in 20, 22 and 24-inch sizes. They are for about $2,000 each so $20,000 for a set of 5. [surprise]This is one of those things that look cool.

Does that alloy have transparent spokes or is it that there are no spokes, and it is an empty space?
@AMG,there are people who pay upto 10 Lakh for 26" tyres+alloys for a Hummer in India.AFAIK,there are three Hummers in Chennai with aftermarket tyres and alloys, out of which two have 20" and the other one has 22" on them.

I think the thread's title is appropriate. Compounds can't be alloys. An alloy is a homogeneous mixture of 2 or more metals.

I think somebody posted the picture of this alloy before itself! Am not able to remember the person.

Too costly for a set of alloys and wont suit our Indian road conditions.

this is freaking awesome. just put some rgb leds to illuminate them and they'll.rock!

clearly not suitable for India as bad roads will scratch and break them like hell.
