Primarily the three-wheeler. That's because he didn't care enough about the approaching vehicle. Kwid has right of way. It doesn’t mean he’s totally excused of responsibility though. However, I do give Kwid driver benefit of doubt as the three-wheeler came into view all of sudden and by then it was too late to brake.

Out-of-control car plunged into the pond; mother and baby are rescued

The car in which the mother and baby were travelling spun out of control and plunged into the pond. Both were rescued by fire brigade staff and locals from the drowning car. The mother and baby sought treatment at the Chavara social health center. The incident occurred at the Thevalakara Kuzhamkulam junction on the shastamkota - chavara road. Three people were injured in the accident involving auto passengers.

The car was on its way to Shastamkota. The auto behind the car and the oncoming mini lorry were involved in an accident and these two vehicles hit the car which lost control and fallen into the nearby pond

Out-of-control Chevrolet Cruze crashes into wall

The CCTV of the accident shows two police officers narrowly escaping the speeding car. The incident happened when the car was passing by the Kakkanad-Infopark road on Sunday.

There are two different angles of the CCTV footage. Both of the angles of CCTV do not actually show how the car lost control. Instead, the Chevrolet Cruze is spotted going sideways in the video.

According to reports, there were 3 passengers in the car. Two of them Sreelesh and Sreekuttan were injured and were admitted to the hospital. The driver of the car, Vivek escaped the accident without any injuries.

Mundodi Vlogs uploaded this video showing two youngsters on a bike without any helmet drinking alcohol while riding. The guy who is riding the motorcycle even removes his hands from the handlebar and lets the motorcycle roll ahead on its own. He also holds the glass with his teeth.

The video then shows both of them crouching and laying down low on the bike. That is when the rider lost control and the pillion rider started to lose his balance and fell off the bike. However, he still held on to the motorcycle and tried pulling himself back on the seat. The rider finally fell from the bike trying to get back, but eventually fell straight into a storm drain located on the side of the road.

Two killed as Nio electric car falls from third floor office in Shanghai

Chinese electric carmaker Nio says that two people were killed when one of its vehicles fell from the third floor of its headquarters in Shanghai.

One member of staff and a person from a partner company died in the crash.

The incident took place on Wednesday at about 17:20 local time, the firm said. The people who died were inside the vehicle as it fell from the building.

Nio says it immediately started an investigation into the incident in co-operation with government officials.

The third storey area from where the car fell has been variously described as a showroom, a testing facility or a car park.

"Our company has collaborated with public security department to launch the investigation and analysis of the cause of the accident. Based on the analysis of the situation at the scene, we can initially confirm that this was an accident (not caused by the vehicle)," the company said in a statement.

Car collision accident in Adoor (Kerala); Son died after father and mother

A father, mother and son died in a car collision on MC road in Atoor Pudusherry. Rajasekhara Bhattatthiri (66), his wife Shobha (63) and son Nikhil Raj (32), natives of Madavoor, died. Rajasekhara Bhattathiri and Shobha died on the spot. Nikhil Raj died while undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College.

4 people from Chatayamangalam are injured and undergoing treatment. The accident happened at 6.30 this morning. Rajasekhara Bhattathiri and his family were coming to Adoor. It collided with a car going from Kochi to Chatayamangalam.

Tata Tiago falls 25 feet, passengers safe

A family from Kerala got involved in a high-speed accident in a Tata Tiago recently. The man was travelling with his family and there were three people in the car. The Tiago fell from the road at a speed of 70 km/h to a depth of 25 feet. All of the occupants inside the car were safe and came out without any injuries. The owner says that the occupants did not even require even a band-aid.

According to the post shared by the owner, they were travelling on the road and suddenly something came in the way. To steer clear, the driver moved the steering wheel swiftly, which caused the car to fall down into a gorge of about 25 feet. The vehicle hit a house and concrete floor.

The photos show how hard the impact was on the car. The pictures show the badly damaged Tata Tiago with the front two airbags open. According to the owner, no one got any serious injuries and they could come out of the vehicle on their own. The owner and his wife were in the front seats while his two daughters were in the rear seat. It is not clear if the daughters were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

The owner says that everyone advised him not to buy a Tata car. However, he went ahead with it. In the post, the owner thanked the build quality of the Tata cars for giving him and his family a second life. He also says that he considered the Tiago as his third daughter and it was destroyed in the accident. Currently, the owner does not have the financial ability to buy a new car but he wishes to buy the Nexon as his next car. He also advises, “If you prioritise safety (in this segment), you have to buy a Tata Tiago,”
