Off Roading Tracks Near and Around Bangalore

Folks,

Need suggestions on Off-Roading tracks near and around Bangalore. Please suggest something which can be done in a day's trip and is safe place for family (don't want to get robbed in lonely places - heard lots of stories and nearly escaped one near Big Banyan tree - Ramohalli)

Would appreciate help on

• Routes
• 2x4 or 4x4 tracks
• Do's and Don't on these places
• Best time to go
• Good photography locations
• What to expect and what not

I've been to Nandi Hills but have never seen or noticed a off-roading track. Can you be specific on its location pls?

Unf. dont know specific location but surrounding areas has... also try sarajpur road ! Thx.

There are three off-roading trails in Nandi Hills but for bikes only. You will not be able to go in cars.
