According to sources, Nissan has announced that they will be launching the refrshed X-Trail and Teana this Wednesday, 16th September 2009.

Roof-rails mounted lamps in X-Trail looks soo unique and cool. High price has always worked against these brilliant products of Nissan.

The cars are really picturestic & will sell like hot cakes if priced around 20L & 25L respectively!!

X-trail looks aren't in the league of its competition. Both cars will have to fight hard to succeed.

As already said in above posts, Both, X-Trail & Teana are so excellent products from Nissan but its just the high price which keeps buyers away from them.

I've experienced the Teana and no doubt that its a mobile lounge, Its seats are so wide and comfy which are probably best in class.The fit and finish of interiors is also brilliant.
Teana is a perfect for those who look for chauffer driven car with complete luxury on move.
The new teana is expected to be more advanced and better than current model.However, The rear of new one didn't appealed to me much.

Tomorrow is the launch of both products, Let's see what Nissan comes up with this time. Do you expect any change in pricing?
Well, I think that it will be few thousand bucks more!

I think currently all Nissan products are CBU units, that's the reason for high pricing.

x-trail still looks odd, but trust me, teana looks awesome, it will sell like any other car if priced around 18lakhs

saw the review of the teana in autocar india show in TV today. they say, teana is not at all a driver's car, those who look for driving pleasure will have to look somewhere else. but it seems it has good features & great seating comfort, ideal for someone to be chauffeured around.

main problem they say is that there are only 4-5 nissan service centres & showrooms in India.

Yes Raj, Nissan has very weak dealership network and that is another reason for the low sales of its cars but when Nissan India releases their all new small car Micra next year, They should work on their network to make it a success.

By the Way, Both the cars are launched today at Mumbai's Taj Land Hotel.

The price of base variant of both the cars are now better. But the higher variants are priced very high.

Teana looks like a great deal for back seat lovers.

The looks are anyday first grade, and the pricing too is pretty competitive. All it needs to improve is its dealership network. I like the X-Trail in particular. Its interiors are also too good.
