Just bargain hard before booking, try to get cash discounts and free accessories as much you can. This much only you can do before booking [:)].

Also inform him that you are going to do full payment only after doing the PDI before sending the car for registration. Ask him to give you the VIN no. at the earliest.

We had an advantage of multiple honda dealers in our city. So we got a deal from a dealer and we kept the other dealer informed of the deal saying we have got a wonderful deal from so and so dealer. What are you upto? He then gives a better deal with an added accessory. We inform this to the first dealer. This continued till both the dealers couldn't offer anymore. And then we booked the brio.

As manish said, bargain and try to get all the freebies within your booking date.

Hello Everyone,

I am Kiran. Just arrived on this forum.

I own a Honda Brio VX AT for past six months.
I have a few questions and thought this could be the best place to get the answers.

1) When I start my brio, for first few minutes, I hear a rattling sound from the driver side dashboard. Surprisingly this sound disappears after a few minutes. Did anyone experience this with Brio?
2) My brio comes with alloy wheels. But I recently noticed some rust on the wheels. I thought alloy wheels should be rust proof. Any thoughts?
3) Yesterday I parked my vehicle in the parking lot of a super market. When I returned I noticed a few scratches on the rear passenger side. They are mainly on a side protector and lower portion of back door. What are the options to get the glory back? Can I use Aeroaids products to remove the scratches? I have also taken Honda Care Maintenance package with zero dep. Can that be used to cover these type of scratches?

Thanks in advance...

Welcome to TAI and belated wishes from the Brio family here on the new car

1) I have the same doubt and I am experiencing the same problem. A fellow TAI member had said here that it may be due to fault with airbags.

2)No alloys dont rust. Are you sure they are rust? Or are they road thar ?

3)You can use aeroaids. Meguiars will help too. You can also opt for more than useful paint protection scheme by 3M

Thanks Ajay.
My 2nd Servicing is due in 10 days or so. I will check with service center folks about the dashboard sound.
