after polishing it looks good, its a pain to see the crack on the bumper.

Is it. may be I have to look at her once again. I was so tired after activity that brain stopped working. wanted to go to bed ASAP.

the difference is noticeable with the polishing.

only thing is you might need to wait a bit longer to get its true output wherein the excess polish gets removed.

@ Dharmesh, your car definitely needs a 'nazar utaar' spot to ward of evil eyes If its not too significant, let it be and enjoy your ride. My only worry is with respect to Fog lamps. Water should not enter through the cracked surface and cause damage to fog lamp's functionality.

PS: I have left a scartch on the bottom portion of left rear door caused by a biker untouched. It isnt visible from a distance unless noticed keenly. Hence have decided to leave it as 'nazar utaar' spot alteast for few days now and then probably go for a 'Com paint' job instead of visiting any body shop guys.

@carfreak, I am also thinking same. Lets see, It is battle between mind and heart. Mind says let it be it is nothing. Heart just cannot bear the crack.

Just visit the Fiat service and tell the service people..

1. Apply some surface preparation putty to the crack

2. Touch up with same color

That's it nothing required man !!

Now both mind and heart will win here

TASS people does not do the patch work. They paint the entire body panel. So if I need to do this, I will get it done from outside. Or I will go for some decent stickering.

Thanks man, Yeah I do take extra care of her, but every now and then something happens to her.

TW color is really great color and equally difficult to maintain, every hair line scratch is visible .

I am not using car from last friday, Using my humble Scooty. Today morning I went to my car touched the her. To my surprise the car color have become smoother than before. Wax is just doing excellent job.


Thanks Vivek. I spent 1-2 hours on it with a call to IR on how to do it.
