Hyderabad ORR Status

Hello,
What's the current status of Outer Ring Road around Hyderabad? I read news sometime back that the stretch between Patancheru & Shamirpet(connecting NH7) will be ready. Not sure if this is open for public now

you can use the ring road it is almost completed but you should not go fast as there might be still some work going on

As per me,it is open.But,they are building toll at ORR.
