what is NICE road? Is there full form of this or you actually mean nice?
@mukesh can't imagine! Xylo already has a lot of body roll at 90+ Kph wonder what would have at 170kph, how was the experience? did you drove it? [shock]
I had got a free test drive from M&M
I am not impressed with its braking.
I did max of 80kmph on that test drive vehicle, And stopping time is more for Xylo.
But the ride conditions and comfort is better.
One thing no handling [anger].
What's the use of buying vehicle with no handling.[lol]
NICE ROAD means Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise.
The thing in this road is Stray dogs come to road and have to be careful while driving.
Pathetic condition for a driver to brake hard.
-----------Next Post-----------
Is it legal to drive at such high speed on that road?

Drive Safe,
350Z
The roads are still under construction in some places.
No road is legal to drive at these speeds, As its india.
Buffalos and dogs are natural speed breakers[lol]

According to Motor Vehicle Act'88 there is as set speed limit for vehicles at national level. However, individual states can enforce its own road rules. The national standard is:

Light Motor Vehicle & a Transport Vehicle - 65 Km/h
Motor Cycle - 50 Km/h
Medium or Heavy Passenger Motor Vehicles - 65 km/h
Medium or Heavy Goods Vehicle - 65 km/h

So 100+ is obviously too much [:)]

In Bangalore, all the roads have speed limit of 60 km/h.

Exceptions
- Airport Road from Hebbal - limit is 80 km/h
- New Elevated expressway from silk board to Electronic city - limit is 80 km/h

No idea of limit on NICE road.

Hello Shynish, These rules were constiuted at 1988.
But now the technology has changed but not the speed limit.
They should revise these speeds.
How does an owner of the car can restrict to such speed.
If he does so low mileage will be the answer for this speed.

You are correct Mukesh. Most of our rules (not only the road rules) are out dated and has not amended based on the social, technological and infrastructural developments.

However, when the motor vehicle check the speed, they sticks to these out dated rules [;)]

Are bikes included in this thread??[surprise]
No gears you can't include it here.
May be you can start a new thread.[:)]
But I am curious how will you take pic of the speed you achieve.
So I would suggest you not to take pic on those speeds & just mentioning is enough.
All for your own safety.
