No driver is careless.
Even bigger the size of the vehicle the drivers are more careful but the pedastrians and even bikers are careless.

This one deserves to be in "Tickle your funny bone"-thread.
I walk to home from school(3+kms) daily and most cab drivers, cars, even SUVs(bigger size as you said) are all ready to ram anyone they see. And hey, I cross roads only from zebra crossing, stop until signal is green for pedestrians(even if that is for minutes). No offence, but maybe you should walk on some roads for sometime. You(and most of people here) drive well and sensibly doesn't mean all drivers are. Infact, most of the drivers are stupid and senseless and hardly know the meaning of "driving sense". Heck, I don't think even 10% drivers know they have to stop before zebra crossing on a signal or drive in lanes!
