Lot of unbelievable and very interested happened recently and a car came to me without a badge or name. with some investigation I realized
yes..Its fiat.[clap]

Fiat Tipo

Not going into story and bore you all...

water drains out quickly and engine overheats

the pump is leaking the bush seems worn.

Please advice how to pull it out...as in pic

No i haven't bought it yet.It is in the Garage unmovable since long time.

everything seems fine just the water drains out quickly and engine overheats.

If we can make it move then its ours. a free FIAT.

any updates regarding restoration? from where exactly is the leak? is it from the seal area? is it a lip seal?

Jayadev, I might be able to help you. Can you please post foto from pulley side and from pump impeller side. Might have jammed. Shaft seal seems to be damaged. You have to proceed carefully else you might end up damaging a part.
Also, this pump rotates in clockwise direction. Any lock nut (if present) on the shaft will have thread other way round.

The Tipo and Uno shared many parts. Also the sedan version of the Tipo was called the Tempra. Keep this in mind when searching for parts.
