If an elder person or a female is using it then its fine and understandable but an auto enthusiast doing that !

I agree to your point, but imagine the pain undergone by the road users especially in the metros. I drive almost 3 hours a day (up and down) to commute to office, of which most of the time getting struck in bumper to bumper traffic conditions.

I read an article about automatic clutch for manual transmission. Interesting, I wish the manufracturers should start considering these kind of upgrades/improvements in the common mans cars.

well, similar case is with me but still I like manual. If that thing comes in any car in India I will be the first one to buy it.
