Parag,

Find the answers for your questions,

1) do we get sales certificate in original? YES you will get
2)can we increase the driver seat height or steering wheel height? because i cant see the instrument panel directly?i have to bend my neck and see it..(i really mean it), you can adjust the seat height, but when you do that check whether steering is touching your legs, steering height i think not possible. even to increase the driver seat, you can check with maruti for a good solution or checkout side fellow who is seats specialist, but instead of this just add some cushion or water pillow which will solve your problem easily
3) do we get original insurance copy or just its xerox?( i am not talking about cover note). Original/Duplicate what is a the big deal, but I think they give one original copy to you
4) is the loyalty auto card really useful? and will it help me in fuel filling case? It is just useless, forget about it

thanks gurrala 74,
i was told by the sales executive that sales certificate is not given to customers in original and now he is mailing me the soft copy when forced.that too form 22 and not form 21 and i am not sure which is a sales certificate.
regarding the height adjustment,i want to lower the position of the seat or increase the steering height.
even i think so about the loyalty card.

some more questions to you all
1) are my accessories costs justified?
2) when i fill the cng tank in full capacity, its first point gets empty within 10 to 12 kms of initial running.next 3 points get emptied after almost a considerable amount of kms. why so?
3)what is the lock in period speed permitted?

@Parag,

1.If the registration of vehicle is handled by you, they need to provide all the original set of invoice or any other thing including form 21 and 22. If you left the registration for them, they would only provide you the duplicates as the originals need to be submitted to RTA.

2. OK, you want to lower the seat, check that with Maruti first rather than taking the help from outside. I don't think that something could be done for steering.

3. yes your accessories costs are justified according to me

4. with any CNG car it is the same story, I do not know the reason for that, but it is the same case with our office Eeco CNG too. so do not worry on that

5. minimum lock in period is 1000km for your car and maintain speeds of 80km max it is always good for the engine, treat it just like a new bride[clap] till them

ok thanks buddy for that help.i am treating it as a new bride that's for sure.and even she is behaving like that. [clap]
nice to hear that it is the same observation regarding the cng points.
now again more questions from my side(sorry for this)
1) within 12 days of purchasing,i have done almost 1000 kms. but only on cng. should i drive it on petrol also sometimes?
2) any suggestions on seat cleaning good quality brand liquid, dash board cleaning liquid, and other interior cleaning options?
3) the car is due for 1st service.is it really free 1st service or will i have to pay something?and if yes then how much?
4) the accessories that i have installed, will it affect my car warranty?( music system, seat covers, led lights, floor carpet lamination)
5) as far as i know ,sun films are not permitted. but are they totally banned or we can put 50% transparency sun films at least?
6) many times my engine gets switched off while moving ahead in 1st gear.(i know i may be taking my foot off the clutch pedal too early but is that the only reason?)
7) should i start the engine by pressing the clutch pedal or i can directly do it without pressing it?
last but not the least is cng is tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good and i have a confident answer to the question "kitna deti hai".i am just loving it...

Hmm, to many doubts like a school boy[;)] I like it !! see my answer below each question which are best of my knowledge.

1) within 12 days of purchasing,i have done almost 1000 kms. but only on cng. should i drive it on petrol also sometimes?
Lot of quick running buddy, it is not mandatory, but use it often to check the performance difference.
2) any suggestions on seat cleaning good quality brand liquid, dash board cleaning liquid, and other interior cleaning options?
Check if you have Reliance Auto zone or something like that and you will get all those things
3) the car is due for 1st service.is it really free 1st service or will i have to pay something?and if yes then how much?
Only consumables and spares(if any) would be charged, so it will be basically for engine oil if it is specified in the schedule and some top ups may be, it the charges will be minimal
4) the accessories that i have installed, will it affect my car warranty?( music system, seat covers, led lights, floor carpet lamination)
NO, they do not void warranty as per the list you provided
5) as far as i know ,sun films are not permitted. but are they totally banned or we can put 50% transparency sun films at least?
It depends on your city cops checking situation, if you really want them, then prepared for removing also when a cop objects, try to go with simple RTA approved V-cool,garware,LLumar films
6) many times my engine gets switched off while moving ahead in 1st gear.(i know i may be taking my foot off the clutch pedal too early but is that the only reason?)
Nothing to worry, you need to get used to the vehicle and clutch usage, if you have any issue, then tell the service guy then he will adjust the clutch
7) should i start the engine by pressing the clutch pedal or i can directly do it without pressing it? Not mandatory

Parag, congratulations on your new green ride, perfect city vehicle with green on environment and on pocket as well.
With your queries, the initial run in period should be around first 1000 to 1500 kms where try not to go beyond 2500rpm way to often once a while on highways is ok.
Second taking your seating position, nothing can be done for steering rack so better to get it sorted with your seats, to lower them ask the accessory guy to remove a bit of foam on the seats, say an inch and try to see if that suits your needs, and get the covers back stitched again.Try and see at the service station at maruti but dont think they could be of much help in this. But make sure if you are the only one who would be driving the car then make such changes else get used to the position if you have other people to drive the car too which would make their position uncomfortable.
Wish you many happy miles.

hey thanks buddy, yes its indeed a perfect city vehicle with the least pollution and light on pocket.
as far as seats are concerned, i think i will have to adjust myself to the original seat heights only.

i am toooo happy and excited to have this car. i am getting an avg. of approx.29 to 30km/kg.

coming back to your query - no it does not vibrate anywhere and its so smooth and soundless like in petrol.and to my horror ,i had cranked it twice in last 1 month when engine was actually switched on[frustration]
