I guess listing all the songs that I listen to will take some time, but every long trip starts with "Life is a Highway" by Rascal Flatts from the soundtrack from Cars.
And when in the Ghats, I have to have to listen to Dry County by Bon Jovi.
And then who can ignore "Highway Star" by Deep Purple?

Life is a highway. Awesome song. So is route66.
For me its rock, trance, and romantic.
And for spirited driving, its "Remember The Name by Fort Minor"

Most of the songs from the soundtrack of Cars is good listening on the highway!!
Plus, it keeps the kids too happy.
Once in a while, in crowded roads or at a red light, I get a kick out of rolling down the window and listening to "Suttah"!!

My latest song while on the drive ... for no other reason than that it is a beautiful song ...
Give me some sunshine.
It is a real soulful number from an amazing film.

Have been hearing great reviews of Vinnai Thaandhi Varuvaya.
But am averse to downloading, and am not able to find the CD here ... but maybe that is because I am not looking hard!!
