basically i love games with good graphics & a nice storyline, with a slight inclination towards racing/car games.

i recently played-
driver - parallel lines
dead space
test drive unlimited
burnout paradise
lost
hitman - contracts
soldiers of fortune - payback
call of juarez - bound in blood


dead space, soldiers of fortune & driver has the best graphics among these.
my all time favourite is NFS most wanted though.

NFS MW is my Favorite too.I am bad at the shift races specially the one during which a train comes across just before the finish line I always go and bang onto it.

And by the way good to know you bough the AMD Phenom II processor.My pc is 6 yrs old and has the AMD athlon processor. No problems till date but one thing is for sure it performance to its full potential only in cool atmosphere's.

BTW if you like games with nice story line, extreme graphics & inlcined towards racing then you should really try GTA series.

It started from 1 & has reached till 6th winning series now :)

Hey This is great...

My list will never end and it will continue to go on & on & on :)

Starting with NFS all series & my favorite is NFS MW & UG.

Next comes GTA all series & my favourite is Vice City & San Andreas.

And Hitman Series & my Favourite is Blood Money.

There are lot more & my list doesn't end here

Okay thats great!

your PC can play GTA4 easily.

But in my PC, GTA4 with play only in low settings which i dont like :(
I will be soon upgrading my PC.

And have you tried Mafia ? Its really an Excellent game!

I mostly prefer the Car Racing and Strategy Games.
The Games which I've played yet and enjoyed are;

Car Racing Games :

• Need For Speed Underground.
• Need For Speed Underground 2
• Need For Speed Hot Persuit.
• Ignition etc.

Strategy Games :

• Zoo Tycoon (It may sound like a kiddo game but trust, Its really very interesting)
• Roller Coaster Tycoon
• Age of Empires

Others:

• Grand Theft Auto Vice City
  
• Grand Theft Auto San Anderas
• Quake 3 Arena etc

NFS Most wanted is my all time favorite game. I'm currently playing Bus Driver, which is completely different from racing games, requires lots of calculations and patience too.

I'm also looking forward to play GTA 4 shortly.

Bus Driver is really an awesome game!!

You will act as a Bus driver in various places of worls where you will have to maintain perfect timings. You will transporting workers, office goers, cricket stars, school kids & lot more!!

There is neagtive points for Skipping signals, emrgency brakings, accidents & lane changing. It really an excellent game.

Who said Zoo tycoon is for Kids. Its one of the highly rated games & most challenging game from Microsoft till date.

Its really tough to own & get 5* in Campaign modes :)

i played bus driver but honestly, was not much impressed with the gameplay & graphics.

yes, the concept is great. only if someone can launch a better game with the same idea, it would be rocking.

Yes, Its really tough to get 5 Stars in campaign mode, I've scored 4 Stars in that Panda game.

I've made so many cages, Food Stalls etc that the Zoo is almost looking cluttered now! [lol!]

Driver parallel games is not exactly a racing game. you get various missions which you have to complete to move forward in the game. some mission may involve driving fast through crowded city streets. yes, there are few street races & track races in which you can take part to earn cash & modify your ride.

best part is, you can drive whatever you want! yes, stop right in the street & pick whatever car you want by standing next to its door & clicking 'E' (GTA style). so you can drive many cars, trucks, tempos, SUVs & even a garbage truck!

overall, a fabulous game.
