Getting freebies & accessories from dealer actually depends on how tricky the buyer is.

Hyundai is offering Getz at Rs.3,59,000*, Saw it on a TV advertisement today. It is a limited period offer and seems to be attractive if one is not concerned much about dated styling.

Dealers cut Honda Jazz price by up to Rs 40,000 to clear stock

Honda's premium compact car Jazz is being sold at discounts of up to Rs 40,000 with attractive interest rates on loans as dealers look clear stocks of the 2009 model.

The Jazz, coming at a price range of Rs 6.98 lakh to Rs 7.33 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), had witnessed stock pile up last month with retail sales not picking up.

According to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers, Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) had produced 1,066 units of Jazz in December 2009, while selling only 269 units.

Many dealers of HSCI across the country have started offering special incentives, including discounts of up to Rs 40,000 and lower interest rates of up to 5.8 per cent since the beginning of this month.

I wish Honda had priced the car well, then they would have been selling Jazz in good numbers. Hope this discount attracts some buyers.

Honda always price its cars higher. In higher segment (City Segment) not much option is available, but in hatchback segment, one have to fight maruti and hyundai. No way any other manufacturer can sell in decent numbers, if they price it very high.

First it was skoda reduced the price of Fabia and now its Jazz. BTW both are excellent cars.
