Would You Call it Misfires?

My Car is doing alot of missfires and you can see its smoking at high revs (usually over 5-6K)

the car is running @ 14psi turbo boost with haltech ECU management

Ride is Nissan Skyline R33 Series II with front mount intercooler with 2.5" high flow turbo

The Air fuel ratio needs adjustment. Pls also check the spark plugs.
