Which Car Upgrades You Like & Which You Didn't?

We always keep hearing about facelift or upgrades of cars. Share you view, which one you liked and which one you didn't.

Let me start.
I didn't like two upgrades for sure. Both look-wise.

1. Old Zen to New Zen (Estilo) - I loved the old zen's look.






2. Old Palio to New Palio Stile - I still like the old yellow palio, with Tendulkar signature.

The classic Zen to the New Zen (before the Estilo) would top my list!!
Also the OHC to the New ... I loved the shape of the old one!!

Which one i liked the most, it is Maruti 800 upgrade.

The upgrade from the previous Wagon R to the new was a mix.
I liked what they did to the rear of the vehicle, but hated the change in the front!!

i didnt like the change of the Ford Ikon
the old one still looks pretty cool, now it looks weird!

@RSM, New palio looks much better and fresh to me only the old model's sachin edition was fantastic.

The facelifts which I like are,

-A.N. Honda City
-Tata Sumo Grande
-Indigo Manza

The facelifts which I hate are,

-Skoda Laura
-E-Class
-Zen Estilo

Nice to find some company, lots of people give me a dirty look when I voice this statement!!

But may we also know the reason why?
i agree that driving pleasure was there in OHC but ANHC is awesome in terms of looks.

I think its difficult to justify why one likes some cars, other doesn't.
Old City was classy. Even new one is good, but its comparative view, so choosen old one.

I never knew even Verna went for upgrade. Can you find some old verna's pictures?

Very minor changes actually. The changes are chrome front grille , chrome strips running throught the side of the body and indicators on ORVM'S!!

The chrome attachment on the grille actually spoils the looks. My opinion , others may differ!

i liked the cosmetic changes in the alto from the type 1 to type 2. the new one looks a bit upmarket.
