What Are the Signs of Battery Getting Conked Off Soon?

Though most of us may replace their car's battery as when they are completely gone, but sometimes inspite of being stuck on middle of the road, is there any way to find out how much battery life is left?

my 3 and half year old wagonr is now cranking a little 2 seconds longer than usual before she fires. is this the sign of battery getting old?

The best way to maintain battery is filling it with distilled water every 6 months,
Battery might conk off if the car is not used frequently.
And car security system drains battery if the car is not used for many days.
Its a good sign that your battery is working fine after 3 & half years.
My zen battery has crossed 4 years and still doing fine.

A car battery typically lasts for 3 - 4 Years, anything above that I’d call it luck. My OE car battery worked for approx. 5 Years however. The car will refuse to start in single cell, or may not start at all, if your battery is living on last stages.
