i will check my wagonr battery tomorrow and see if it requires distilled water.

i got my battery checked today,,,,,,,,they open the both caps and to my surprise their was enough water covering plates, though it was still half.

the battery person told me that they are ultra low maintenance battery.

they added around 250 ml of distilled water in total.

i wonder how there was enough water? may be the SVC people were taking care of battery on their own during service which i doubt.

Anmol i think the A.S.S might have filled in the fluids when it was serviced the last time.


And BTW how much do they charge for filling a car or bike?

they charged me rs 50 for filling water and cleaning battery terminals/compartment and applying petroleum jelly.

But this is very basic normal charge!!

mostly i do this job myself in case of bike and inverter battery. since i was not sure how to open the battery fillings i choosed a battery shop for this job, next time i will do it myself.
