Transferring Car Registration from Bangalore To Chennai

Hi Friends,

My friends bro plans to give his car to my friend. The car has KA registration. This is permenant arrangement.

So can some one tell me the full details process.

My friend will be there in bangalore from 13th. we [myself and another friend ] are going there on 14th and 15th we are returning back to chennai.

Pls let me know more details.
