Saw a white one in my town, this is has grown in road presence.could identify new fortuner is coming from distance
Actually ya, have seen White ones here too. The front design is quite an attention grabber.

how does the horn sound like?
Neither too loud nor too feeble. Inside the cabin the horn sound is not much but outside its very much audible from distance as well.

So the material is such that it won't cause fatal injuries ,Akashji ?
Vishnu, not just the material but the front structure in itself is very precisely designed and it shall protect the pedestrian from injury to the best possible limits as I have been informed.

3% Increase in price from Jan 2017. Already the price is on upper side, and again Toyota want to increase from January 2017 onward.

1. How about the change in OEM tyre from Dunlop AT20 to Bridgestone Dueler, and ride comfort?

2. Absence of Bonnet scoop, and effect on engine temperature?

No surprises there. Toyota has a history of increasing prices as often as possible.[;)]

The earlier Fortuner which came with a hood scoop looked much more matured and the scoop duly performed its function too but this one is looking more like a "raised urban MPV". That charm of SUV has been totally lost in this new look.
