Just curiosity. :please:
The W31 was developed as a staff car for the Greman Army in 1934 (for high profile German Army officers to facilitate parade inspections etc.). It was a seven seater car that had three axles, hence the two extra wheels. Only 57 cars were made.

That's really an amazing pictures of the Mercedes from the day of invention still date pictures is been quite wonderful and it is been an feast for the car lovers to see such type of vehicle.

Just back from holiday from pondy in a relative's merc gl 350 grand, must say it is a beast of a vehicle. A tad too heavy though.
