Tata Motors in Pre-owned Car Business? (Tata Assured)

guys, i know this is not the right place to talk, but this morning i was passing by this tata showroom which had changed it name to Tata Value cars, which had previous owned vehicles of different made, when did tata started to offer second hand vehicles any idea?

Tata showrooms are doing 2nd hand business from long. At-least i have seen Tata true value at concorde from last year itself.

i know many manufacturers are into second hand market as well, but didnt knew about tata motors as well, cause havent seen a single dealer with their TATA MOTORS ASSURED banner,or having this business at some other premisis as well, so wanted to confirm, thanks for the link and new thread.
