Date 1: dd/mm/yyyy
Date 2: dd/mm/yyyy

Choose any 2 dates - 1 can be a sunday/public holiday.

Let us also have a rough plan on some fun activities that we can have at the meet

Location: Let us not have much discussion on this & fix on the Yelagiri idea itself.

Happy that you are IN as usual.

Public holiday is available on Oct2 that falls on Wednesday, so I feel Sunday will be best for all.

Regarding Venue: I too feel that we can fix Yelagiri. Chennai and Bangalore guys, is it OK for you? your suggestions are welcome

Thanks Appu for the PM. I missed this thread. Now a days I am attending office on weekends too. But If I won't have to go office, I will sure attend the meet.

And the meet may happen for two days 28th and 29th.

Those who want a night stay at Yelagiri can stay there on 28th and attend two days meet(28th and 29th), others can participate in the grand meet on 29th(One day).

Yes, you can join the meet on Sunday(29th of Sep).

As Yelagiri is center to Bangalore-Chennai, our members feel Yelagiri is convenient to everyone
