The Hycross had replaced the OG Innova, which we had till 2022 and the Seltos D AT was supposed to be the replacement for the OG Innova as we were barely doing any trips considering that we are family of 3. In fact, we had booked one and was supposed to get one but had to drop as dad heard that Toyota is launching Innova in Hybrid guise, to which he decided to wait as he is the die hard Innova fan. And, eventually, we ended up getting the Hycross after looking at the above vehicles.

The ownership experience has been so far so good and ran close to 60k Kms (57k Kms to be precise) in 19 months of ownership.

Have been team Mahindra fanboy over a decade!
Xuv500 W6 Jan2015 D MT was my Daily rider past decade and had clocked 2,68900kms on odo! With much speculation and amid heartfelt decision it was time for a new powerhouse to the stable.. bid adeiu to my Xuv500 and straightway took delivery of my Everest!
Had these points as mandatory before booking
1) Diesel topend with all gizmos and the Luxe
2) Must be a Manual transmission
( Hence didn't go for AWD)
3) It has to be White! It's just beautiful! Can't blame other shades but Everest Got me in the first sight!
4) Previous ownership and the rapport with service team was excellent. So cudnt look beyond Mahindra stable!
5) Definitely it had to be 7 seater!

Had couple of biggies in family & Friends
1) Jeep Compass AWD D
2) Xuv400
3) Toyota fortuner €4
4) Audi Q5
But XUV700 AX7L met my likes and budget!
And this was second Xuv700 in my family
( Other xuv700 was Ax7L AT)
Don't want to speculate about other Cars that I did consider, well there goes the saying " Once you drive Mahindra and experience it's diesel torque, there is no going back.."

Totally love Alexa, Adrenox,Connected car tech and its 12 Sony speakers with 3d surround! It's just Surreal!
Still car is in it's initial run and yet to go for it's first free service. Currently getting 16.3kmpl mixed city! Highway driving! Driving in Zap mode only as it's balanced and suits my kind of driving.
Totally love the Panaromic sunroof and the power seats that cools as well.
Looking forward to fun and memorable ownership ahead!
