Hi guys,

Just got hold of my dad's Maruti Zen. Car's condition is perfect & I have also installed some accessories on it to make it look my way. [:D]

Purchased a Head Unit of Pioneer -> MVH 1490Ub, as USB & FM does my job. A little confused on the speaker part.

I don't want that ultra high quality and my budget is around Rs. 4000.

Have filtered some models -

Pioneer TS-A634
Pioneer TS-A604C
JBL GTO-609C

Which one would be the best? And please also look in to the specs in terms of compatibility with the Head Unit.

Or, if you guys have some other good options in the budget that I have stated, please let me know.

Thanks.

Want to add one more to the list -

JBL GTO-949

Second thought -> I think "JBL GTO-609C" would be too much for my Pioneer MVH 1490UB HU.

Does it has any speakers as of now? If yes then move them to the rear doors/parcel shelf and get JBL 609C components for fronts. Even if no speakers are installed as of now, still I'd suggest you to go for front components first and later you can add 6" or 6x9 coaxes in the rear.

Seems, I am making my mind on this....

How would be the below mentioned combo?

Rear - JBL GT6-S699

Type: 6" x 9" (152mm x 230mm) - Three-way Loudspeaker
Nominal impedance: 4 ohms
Continuous power Handling: 75W
Peak power handling: 300W
Frequency response: 40Hz - 20kHz
Sensitivity (2.83V/m): 94dB

Front Door - (No choice in dashboard) - JBL CS-4

Type: 4" (100mm) - Two-way
Nominal impedance: 4 ohms
Continuous power handling: 30W
Peak power handling: 90W
Frequency response: 75Hz – 20kHz
Sensitivity (2.83V/1m): 90dB

For a small car like Maruti Zen, I hope this would be sufficient to get a decent voice?
