Volkswagen India announces Monsoon campaign across 120 service facilities

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has announced Monsoon Campaign for its customers across 120 service stations in India. Through this annual car care service initiative, all trained and qualified service professionals will conduct a complimentary 40-point vehicle health check-up in a bid to examine the vehicle for any existing or possible maintenance and repair services. The idea behind the campaign is to avoid any potential breakdowns and ensure a smooth comfortable drive experience. Under the monsoon campaign, Volkswagen is giving offers on its loyalty products like extended warranty (EW), service value package (SVP) and on select value-added services (VAS).

Commenting on the announcement, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India said, "The onset of the monsoon season brings its own challenges of tough driving conditions both for the driver and the vehicle itself. To ensure a hasslefree, smooth and safe driving journey, we, at Volkswagen India have introduced the 'Monsoon Campaign'. As part of the campaign, a complimentary & thorough 40-point vehicle health check-up will keep the Volkswagen vehicle ready for any adventure while providing comfort, convenience and peace of mind ownership experience to our customers."

Volkswagen is offering a complimentary 'One year maintenance service value pack' specific to Volkswagen brand vehicles.

Volkswagen also has something in store for its pre-owned customers. The carmaker is offering a complimentary 'One year maintenance service value pack' specific to Volkswagen brand vehicles. On the Polo, the Brand has also introduced a special offer on the essential 2 service value package and a body & paint value package in a bid to ensure continuous services and commitment to the Polo customers in India. Moreover, the Brand has extended its road-side assistance (RSA) portfolio for up to three-years, four-years and five-years. The Monsoon Campaign services can be availed till July 31, 2022. Volkswagen is not the only brand organising such campaigns, last week even Renault India had announced a seven-days long monsoon service campaign between July 08 and July 14.

I agree to all Points.. But why VW & Skoda is not sending their cars for GNCAP? do they also follow double standards? Cars Made for India is Junk and For other countries they are No.1 and 5 star?

Gujarat Volkswagen dealer delivers record Virtus sedans in one day

Group Landmark-owned Volkswagen dealerships based in Gujarat has entered the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records for delivering 165 VW Virtus sedans in a single day.

Group Landmark-owned Volkswagen dealerships in Gujarat has made its way into the Asia Book of Records (ABR) and India Book of Records (IBR) for ‘maximum single model Volkswagen vehicles sold by a dealer in a single day’.

In a ceremony, ABR and IBR officials handed over the certificate for the record to Garima Misra, Managing Director, Group Landmark.

Deliveries of the new Volkswagen Virtus across India commenced last month. On the first day of delivery, 21 June, the company delivered over 165 units of the Volkswagen Virtus sedans across Gujarat.

Garima Misra, Managing Director, Group Landmark, added, “The fact that Group Landmark’s name is now registered in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records is an incredible honour and it is our endeavour to continue offering our customers the best of products and services.”

An initiative to set-up a platform to champion women talent in the automotive workforce and promote diversity, equity and inclusivity across the organization. As the female car buyer customer base grows rapidly in India, the Volkswagen India all-women city store is an initiative to provide an exclusive and confident environment for women customers, as well as a dedicated space for them to start their car-ownership journey. Volkswagen India has inaugurated a new dealership in Bhubaneshwar. The showroom has a 6-car display area while the 2S facility provides after-sales service through its 19-bay workshop.

The sales touchpoint is located at Pahal whereas the service touchpoint in Bhanpur, Cuttack. Volkswagen now has 159 sales and 126 service touchpoints present across 119 cities in India

Volkswagen India has tied up with Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) to enhance accessibility of its entire range to the the scheme’s 35 lakh beneficiaries across India.
  • The KPKB system was launched as a welfare initiative by the Indian Government’s Ministry of Home Affairs in 2006. It caters to serving and retired members of Central Armed Police Forces and their families.
