Bro is there any way to get abs module fixed?
If not shot completely, can be fixed by guys repairing ECUs, but some components are hard to source. Contact Vineeth of Rider's Garage. He offered to fix mine before it blew up completely. He repaired my friend's CBR250's ABS unit as well. Think he might be of help.

Hii bro did you manage to repair your abs module? I'm also from tvm and is there any option to get it fixed. Do not have the option to replace it cause it's almost 23k rs for a new unit.If there is any way please do tell I would like to get it fixed mainly cause my speedo is showing false readings. Already had checked the speed sensors and abs rings and they seem to be working fine.
Replaced mine with a used one. Used ones available with My Spare Market. He offered for less than one third the price and replaces faulty ones. Older models are hard to get in the used market as they tend to fail prematurely.

Thank you soo much bro. Been searching for a solution for some time. Hoping it can be fixed. When your abs failed did your bike also stop showing correct speedo reading?

I'm fine with riding without abs even though it's less safe. Main issues is than when abs failed my speedo reading also became affected only showing readings under 10kmph even though bike's traveling much faster.

Behaved like that and stopped completely one day. Running without the meter was always irritating and lost track of maintenance. Most of the initial 390s had this problem.

May 2022 - Chain Slider Replacement

I was lubing the chain and adjusting slack as the chain was hitting the swingarm, but spotted 80% of the chain slider was missing, causing the issue.

Got it from KTM spares, was available.

Chain Slider - JG122036₹ - 243.00

Package now comes with Husqvarna and Gas Gas logos. Wonder why Bajaj was missing.

Have to remove the rear set to remove the oddly placed bolt, which holds both the slider and chain cover.

The bolt will hit the rear set and can't be removed.

One bolt on top.

And one in the bottom, where the slider was non-existent.

New slider vs remnants of old.

Done. Chain cover was hitting the exhaust and melted on.

Re-installed the rear set and chain cover. Scraped off the melt from the exhaust.

Tightened up everything.

Ooh, you were lucky and got the right part. I wasn't so lucky though and got a newer part

For this reason I never put it back [gun]I just removed the sprocket cover, front sprocket and swapped out the slider

I don't dare to miss out any bolts on the vibrators [lol]

The design seems entirely different, how'd you secure it? Does it stay in place without any trouble?

The swingarm already had holes for the newer slider. BUT they were filled with 9 years of sand mud and chain lube. Cleaning them out, tapping them was a MAJOR PITA. I'll never do it again.

Furthermore, the bottom bolt holding the slider fell off. I had to take off the front sprocket, move the chain and fix back a new bolt for it. Because I didnt have the right bush for this slider, I couldnt tighten it all the way in, thus it fell off. Had to do some jugaad with washers to get the right height then slathered a ton of threadlock so it wont fall off again
Red = stock hole, blue = new hole
