I am reviving this thread to actually find the use of a pollution certificate. For my RE TB 350,I did a PUC check and repeated it in another 4 minutes at the same center. I am surprised by the deviation in values.(See the pic attached) .Now,is it of any value for these certificate? Is it just to fool people? Yes,I paid for both.
