Hi Kush,

Yess if you opt for components you will need a seperate amp and wiring kit as the amp in bass pro is only going to power the sub.
Having an additional amp and wiring kit will increase your budget by another 6-8K.
Components are worthless without an amp and the alternative to it is 6" coaxials which can run well without an amp as well.

P.S - Opt for a better wiring kit as your output of the system depends on the kind of wiring kit you install.
In Delhi 6X9" Coaxials GTO0949 cost 4K. I am not sure about Nagpur rate but it should be around same range .

Hope this helps.

Thx freak dude....
just one question u said fron component 609C and what should be rear components?
and shoud i go for pio sub wofer and Blaupunkt amp with 4 channel...
For rears you can go with 6x9 ovals from pio or even better RF ( a bit pricey). Pick a decent 4-ch amp that pumps atleast 70 watt at 2 ohm and atleast 150 watt when bridged. For amps you can see Kenny, RF and Pio. for subs best and cheap would be a JBL CS1215 (if i remember the model correctly) in a ported box (more bassy) or a RF P1 in a sealed box (more musical). Believe what you hear, so, ask your installer for auditions if possible.

Hi Kush,

This amp should suffice your needs however, I recommend you to still go for Bass Pro ( My personal opinion as I prefer company made enclosures compared to aftermarket enclosures). I have Infinity Ref 1240SE and I can feel the difference as compared to a aftermarket bass box ( No offences ).

I would recommend you to have 6X9" in your boot as it will give you surround sound effect as well.

Looks good barring one thing. Why do you want components for rears?? If your rear bench always carry passengers and would you be driving self or being driven around?
If you don't want to install speakers on tray then go for decent 6" co-axials for rear doors.

Dude..i recently got my Liva ICE d. I ve put 609c in the front. My advice -

Go for JBL components in the front. Worth every paisa.

There are some nice Kenwood, JVC & Sony HU s below 10k . Many ppl say Sony sounds like screwed , but i ve used both Sony and Pioneer HU s and there z not really great difference in the SQ. Atleast to the naked ear. I think the magic lies in the accoustics and the configuration and tweaking of your amp and settings in ur HU to your liking. So , Just because its a sony , it shdnt be a deal breaker. (from my exp) . Any HU from the above brands would suffice.

HU(from any brands) - 10k
Front comps - JBL - 5k
Sony Amplifier (Using it from 4 years) - Sounds sweet.- 5k
Sub - JBL ,Sony ,RF - 4-5k
Wiring + Sockets etc - 1k
Rear Comps - Whatever option u find best in the budget left.

What say ?

Hi Kush,

GTO 6" Coaxials will cost you around 2K.
GTO 0949 Ovals ( 6X9") around 4K
and i assume that GTO 609C are components which will cost you 4900 however components are useless without an amp and if you opt for a bass pro sub , you will have to get another amp for the components.
