Greetings. I need some quick help/suggestion.
My existing Driver's License is about to expire (in less than a month from now). I am currently settled in Bengaluru (Karnataka) since 15 years. However, my DL was issued in Jharkhand in the year 2002.
I am not able to apply online for renewal. My DL is not existing in online database. There is an option to add to backlog, but that is also not allowed at the moment for Karnataka or Jharkhand.
My DL number is in format #####/02. I converted it to 15 digit to check in parivahan website but it is not found. Has anyone undergone a similar situation? If yes, please advise. Not getting much help from local RTO agents.
