These are the first test mule of ferrari enzo replacement which was caught in germany.

The crude-looking mule was caught near Bosch’s test facility in Germany. The German electronics giant was previously known to be testing the F1-inspired ‘HY-KERS’ system for Ferrari in its experimental phase, and it’s retained its involvement as Ferrari gears the system up for production.
The latest HY-KERS system features a mid-mounted V12 engine mated to a dual-clutch gearbox and electric motor at the rear. At the front there’s another electric motor to run ancillaries.
The new Enzo mule testing the system is predominately based on the Ferrari 458. The elevated disguise over the mid and rear of the car covers the HY-KERS system, which sits in place of the 458’s V8.
Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa revealed to Autocar
The HY-KERS system will make the new Enzo the cleanest and fastest Ferrari in the range. Total power is likely to be near 1000bhp.

Why is that rear part (the hood part) so bulky! Even the tail lamps look odd to me. Hope they dont spoil the legend's name with a messed up design. Hope this doesnt turn into a Dzire inspired Enzo.

These are the first renderings of the hotly-anticipated Enzo replacement which is arguably the best so far. The design study for the reportedly named F70 comes from Constantin-Gabriel Radu, an industrial designer and employee of Pininfarina's German subsidiary Russelsheim.Aside from a distinct lack of air vents on the sides and rear, the concept is a nice piece of work with inspiration coming from both the previous Enzo and the Ferrari 458 Italia.

It's official Ferrari Enzo will be launched by this year end, it was confirmed by Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo (and possible next Italian prime minister)

"At the end of the year, we'll also be unveiling the new Enzo, a limited series model and our first ever hybrid car."
So there we have it, straight from the proverbial lion's mouth and in no uncertain terms. Before we flip the calendar to 2013, we'll have the latest in the long line of earth-shattering supercars that started with the 288 GTO, continued with the legendary F40, through the open-top F50 and on to the radical Enzo. And yes, it will be a hybrid, coupling an electric motor to a revised version of the V12 in the new F12 Berlinetta, as Ferrari revealed at the Beijing Motor Show.

The Ferrari Enzo successor has been snapped by a friend of a Ferrari Chat member.
Minimally disguised, the prototype appears to be heavily influenced by the original Enzo and Maserati MC12. Notable styling highlights include a P4/5 Competizione-like rear window, a prominent rear diffuser and a four-tailpipe exhaust system.
Specifications remain a mystery, but speculation has suggested the model could use a 6.2-liter V12 engine and a HY-KERS petrol-electric hybrid system. This could enable the car to have a combined output of approximately 920 hp (686 kW / 933 PS). If these numbers pan out, the supercar could accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than 2.5 seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 408 km/h (254 mph).
Regardless of the final figures, Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa has already revealed the model will be made from the same type of carbon fiber that is used in the company's F1 cars. This should make it lighter and stronger than the Enzo and F50.

A report in Car And Driver decrees that the final design for the successor to the Ferrari Enzo, which is being called by its internal code F70 for now, has been established. Whereas the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta was a collaboration between Pininfarina and Ferrari's in-house studio led by Flavio Manzoni, the F70 is the sole creation of the in-house team.

The designs that CD calls on to describe the F70's so-called "three-arc" body are the Millechili concept of 2007, the Enzo-based P4/5 and F430-based P4/5 Competizione commissioned by James Glickenhaus, and the rear-end treatment of the Pagani Zonda. That appears to cover a lot of design ground, but it does fit the evolution of the line, namely in having a carbon fiber coupe whose width is emphasized and whose three-dimensional forms are reinforced by compact, filled-out forms with harder edges. The web site Carpassion.it has rendered its take on the F70, and while it's pretty ornate in a Speed Racer way it's also pretty bleeping cool.

Within those forms are said to be active and passive aerodynamic aids, and complex airflow venting that begins as early as the headlight surrounds and that is being called "revolutionary" by Ferrari designers. Underneath, and no less revolutionary, will be a carbon fiber chassis that keeps weight down to roughly 2,650 pounds and a HY-KERS-equipped V12 that can motivate proceedings with something like 900 horsepower combined. With a promise that it will be seen this year, we should soon be able to get away from the mules and onto the masterpiece.
