New Hyundai i20 Accident – Spare Parts Not in Stock at Workshop

hello i am from jamanagar gujarat.
i hv hyundai i20 new asta model.
i purchased it on april.
yesterday car accidented.
front bumper,front grill and number plate stand all this item has broke.
in jamnagar hyundai parts not available and i found 2 or 3 another dealer in rajkot but they don't have those part.
now where to buy ?

Sorry to know that your new car met with an accident. Hope everyone else was safe. Your dealer’s authorized workshop can source the parts from Hyundai if they are not in stock with them. Ask the workshop for an estimate of the expenses as well as the time it would take to fix the car.

THE dealers are supposed to do the ordering of parts and it would be no problem ,as your car is new,it will be almost fully covered
But,I would suggest you contact company directly,through both email and toll free number,if dealers are talking about unacceptable delay,as its better to pressurize higher authorities ,than to start from dealer( I had several experience,just try it out,it will work)
