Need help - Wrong RTO amount quoted by dealer

Hello Guys,

I am facing issues with the quotation provided by the dealer.

Today dealer provided me with the below quotation for Chevy BEAT 1.2 LT in Pune (Ex Showroom is Rs.445702),

Ex Showroom - 421XXX
RTO - 36199
Insurance - 16117

Dealer is giving me below discounts,

Cash Discount - 21000 (given by Chevrolet across all dealership in India)
Corporate Discount - 3000

Now my problem is if he reduces the Ex Showroom price by amount of discount then he should also reduce the RTO and Insurance price accordingly which he is not doing.

This is also impacting my loan amount as now my loan amount will be reduced (Earlier 90% of 445702 and now 90% of 421000) which will drastically impact my purchase plan as of now.

Please help me sorting this situation with your knowledge.

@Hitman- It seems you are being hit this time around!! Jokes apart..
If the discount is on the base price then the RTO and insurance will also decrease accordingly!
What the general invoice looks like is
Base price- xxx
Ex. showroom(with VAT@12.5%and octroi)- xxx+y
and the subsequent RTO and insurance are on the ex showroom.
so please confirm what the discount really is..
Sometimes dealers offer discount in handling charges, so that wil obviously not dec ur taxes!
Btw which dealer is this? Singh is crappy, try Pashankar.

This dealer is Pashankar, satara road. I had earlier booked with Singh but cancelled. I guess I am going through bad phase.

its always discount on the on road price.

that is after all taxes added , and after the final amount the so called reduction is given.

Did u calculate how much tax is reduced for 21000/-? , must be around 2500 i hope.
