Need Help To Identify this Part (Tata Indica Turbo)

Yesterday found this pipe has been pulled off, so I just fixed it off by Feviquick. But today it has been totally pulled off. My mechanic will be back to chennai after 2 days. So I need to know the part name and its uses before it becomes a big damage. I have attached the pictures below and this pipe leads to the back of the turbo unit.

Was there any fuel line near that ?
When it snapped was there any fuel ?

If not than its one of the Vaccum pipes or can be the Boost controller pipe.

It tells boost that car is running
Running a car without that can lead to poor economy and incorrect readings going to the ECU
better off not using ur car

Thanks for the reply. There is not any fuel or liquid. It seems that vaccum pipe a hissing sound is coming from the hose. Does it relate to turbo unit?

Yeah it determines the turbo boost/ ior it can be that one vaccum pipe that comes off the blow off valve
