Today I found a strange problem., water drops on accelerator pedal and fuse box is wet. ! any idea were from the water drops entering? advice please

Its from the front windshield gasket, get that replaced soon..
It will not cost more than 1k.

I guess alto's come with sealed glasses, may you need to get the paste (black color,silicon gum) and stick the windshield.

I am going MASS tommorow to find out how water comes. or should I do a DIY on this varun?

Not exactly screwed. there is two locks on the ritz tacho bottom. I made 2 squire holes to lock the ghadi. Just a press needed to fix that. its rock solid no tap or glue used!

Is it the bedding you replaced ? I guess it had become hard, so you were facing the stiffness issue (gear changes).
