Folks,

Can you list the major and periodic maintenance work required for 2011 i10 Sportz for 50K service.
My car is around 48K now but HASS is giving 20% discount on PMS , Parts , Oil and Labour so thinking of getting it done.
Car is running fine so want to stick to bare minimum requirement.

Cheers,
Anshuman

hey guys, Hello after a long time. (And there's a reason for that).

So I reached my Blue boy exactly 1 month after parking it in a secure space. So How did I find it? Well see below-

Everything looks fine except a little bit of Rat meanace in the engine bay and some mould on the roof-

Well the unfortunate thing is Airbag light Popped up-
Any Leads on this? No obvious wire cut and no one had touched the car.

Connect-disconnect the battery, Restart car or anything simple did not fix it. Also checked all fuses which are fine. Maybe the Rat has knocked over some sensor or connector for This.

Now to prevent the same mistake, got Tobacco sachets made by my wife and installed them as below-

Now comes the next part,
Since the car will be in hibernation one more month or so, found a decent sealed parking space inside a shop. Luckily no Rat or Dust entry here-

Already feeling sad to bid goodbye and missing those long wonderful trips i've had with the Blue boy.

Airbag light stopped blinking Mr.BHVM
No Unfortunately.[frustration] Its still there.
I did not have enough time to check it, so just did primary checks like fuses etc and archived the car as is. Next time I will take an OBD reader to see whats wrong.

BTW, forgot to mention that
1. car drives the same and initial peppy pickup puts a smile on the face. Love the revvy engine!
2. Car Battery in past was connected to Solar Controller (via XT90 System) which kept it topped up. Car started in one crank even after 1 month.

I am slowly installing XT90 Receptales in all my parkings to facilitate this. All my cars already have the "Car side" XT90 system in place along with appropriate fuses and cabling. You can say now my cars are "Micro Hyrbid" (fake hybrid) In Indian marketing terms.

After a long time, found time to play around with blue boy, Using an OBD scan tool.
Unfortunately could not find any error codes to pinpoint airbag warning. But got many interesting data. The spikes in reading are due to Throttle press.
