Boys sorry for giving you all a late reply but now a days i am having a very tight time table and that is why i do not get time to come to you people also.
After one week there will be bhoomi pujan(when we worship land before starting a work) of our new site after that i will get enough time and then i will send the pictures of trucks and cars all.be sure,i will never let you boys down.

With the overall slowdown being witnessed in the Commercial vehicles industry, Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 3602 units in July 2012 which is 13.2 percent lower than July 2011 sales. However, the YTD 2012 sales of Eicher branded trucks and buses stand at 29661 units as compared to LYTD 2011 sales of 27564 units, representing a growth of 7.6 percent.
In the domestic CV Market ( 5T and Above), for the month of July 2012, Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 3492 units as compared to 3935 units in July 2011, representing a drop of 11.3 percent. However, the YTD 2012 sales for Eicher branded trucks and buses stand at 28177 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 25852 units, representing a growth of 9 percent.

In the domestic Bus segment, the July 2012 sales stand at 929 units as compared to 895 units in July 2011, representing a 3.8 percent growth. The YTD 2012 sales stand at 5755 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 4293 units, representing a 34 percent growth on YTD basis. The heavy duty (HD) Eicher trucks have recorded sales of 562 units in the domestic market as against 601 units in July 2011. The YTD 2012 Eicher HD sales stand at 4759 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 3932, representing growth of 21 percent on YTD basis.

TATA MOTOR'S

The company's sales of commercial vehicles in July 2012 in the domestic market were 42,387 nos., a 4% growth, compared to 40,798 vehicles, sold in July last year. LCV sales were 29,601 nos., a growth of 19%, compared to 24,962 vehicles sold in July, last year. M&HCV sales stood at 12,786 nos., lower by 19%, compared to 15,836 vehicles sold in July, last year.

Cumulative sales of commercial vehicles in the domestic market for the fiscal are 157,685 nos., a growth of 2% over last year. Cumulative LCV sales are 109,956 nos., a growth of 19% over last year, while M&HCV sales stood at 47,729 nos., lower by 22%, over last year

Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES), a part of the U.S. $15.4 billion Mahindra Group, maintained its leadership position in the tractor industry in July 2012.
Domestic sales in July 2012 stood at 15495 units, as against 15699 units during July 2011. Total tractor sales (domestic + exports) in July 2012 stood at 16521 units, as against 16692 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month of July 2012 stood at 1026 units, as against 993 units in July 2011.

It was also reported that the Passenger Vehicles segment (which includes the UVs and Verito) has registered a growth of 27 percent, having sold 22011units in July 2012, as against 17312 units during July 2011.

Commercial vehicle major Ashok Leyland from Hinduja group has posted 24.9 percent jump in sales at 9,785 units for July. The Chennai-headquartered company had sold 7,834 units in the same month last year.
It was reported that the sales of commercial vehicle (excluding its latest small commercial vehicle Dost), declined by 11 percent to 6,982 units, as against 7,834 units sold during the same month of last year. Sales of the SCV Dost during July 2012 stood at 2,803 units.

Future look's difficult, as the economy is slowing down and newer player's entering CV space especially Bharath Benz who has a strong brand recall in our country, Hope TATA will fight it out
Maybe Tata can push Prima range then as both will fit in same segment.
And the base truck models like 1612 will have competition only from AL as Bharat Benz will not be in this area.

Mercedes brings the 1612 competitor as well. Saw the truck being tested which was similar to 1612.

BTW how is JV between Marcopolo and TATA doing? I see more of these buses runs in our city.

The YTD 2012 sales stands at 33570 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 31206 units, representing a growth of 7.6 percent. <P> The growth is driven by buses which have recorded sale of 843 units in Aug 2012, representing a growth of 53.6 percent over Aug 2011. In the domestic CV Market ( 5T and Above), Eicher branded Trucks and Buses have recorded a growth of 9 percent in Aug 2012 as compared to Aug 2011. The Aug 2012 figure stood at 3712 units as compared to 3407 units in Aug2011. The YTD 2012 sales stand at 31889 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 29259 units, representing a growth of 9 percent.
In the domestic Bus segment, Eicher Buses have recorded a 43.8 percent growth. The Aug 2012 sales stand at 785 units as compared to 546 units in Aug 2011. The YTD 2012 sales stand at 6540 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 4841 units, representing a 35.1 percent growth. The heavy-duty (HD) Eicher trucks have recorded sales of 610 units in the domestic market as against 604 units in Aug 2011.. YTD Eicher HD sales are 5369 units as against 4536 units in 2011, representing a 18.4 percent growth.

The company's sales of commercial vehicles in August 2012 in the domestic market were 45,142 nos., a 5% growth, compared to 43,045 vehicles, sold in August last year. LCV sales were 30,461 nos., a growth of 16%, compared to 26,344 vehicles sold in August, last year. M&HCV sales stood at 14,681 nos., lower by 12%, compared to 16,701 vehicles sold in August, last year.

Cumulative sales of commercial vehicles in the domestic market for the fiscal are 202,827 nos., a growth of 3% over last year. Cumulative LCV sales are 140,417 nos., a growth of 18% over last year, while M&HCV sales stood at 62,410 nos., lower by 20%, over last year.

Eicher reports 31 percent de-growth in September sales

Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 3150 units which is 31.9 percent lower than September 2011 sales. The YTD 2012 sales of Eicher branded trucks and buses stand at 36720 units as compared to LYTD 2011 sales of 35833 units, representing a growth of 2.5 percent.
In the domestic CV Market ( 5T and Above), Eicher branded trucks and buses have recorded sales of 3026 units as compared to 4152 units in Sept 2011, representing a drop of 27 percent. The YTD 2012 sales for Eicher branded trucks and buses stand at 34915 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 33411 units, representing a growth of 4.5 percent.

In the domestic Bus segment, the Sept 2012 sales stand at 612 units as compared to 550 units in September 2011, representing a growth of 11.3 percent. The YTD 2012 sales stand at 7152 units as compared to YTD 2011 sales of 5389 units, representing a 32.7 percent growth. In the HD segment, the sales stand at 443 units in the domestic market as against 636 units in Sept 2011. YTD Eicher HD sales stand at 5812 units as against 5172 units in 2011, representing a growth of 12.4 percent.
