Thanks for the update and pictures. It’s looking mean as always. Your car is delivering a reasonable fuel efficiency, but I'm sure that you can extract a bit more.

Hello Ram good to know that you are enjoying the beast.

Those tints looks cool too.

Is the place you have clicked somewhere near kolar???
I think you should speak to Toyota that brakes are not that good.
Have heard that nowadays Fortuner is getting Prado's brake kits.
So better cross check it during the service.

And brakes should be good with less stopping distance.

Thanks 350Z, the FE figures, are when I didn't cross the 2500 RPM which was during the run in period, lets see after the 5k service when the oil change happens.

Thanks mukesus, the pics were clicked in Banerghatta , all Fotuners post March 2010 gets the upgraded brake kit from the LC Prado, mine being a Jan 2011 model it does have the Prado braking kit, as I said the brakes are adequate , you need to get used to it, but it is bad for a car worth Rs.25 lakhs[frustration] nevertheless the brakes do their job.

I would like to compare 100-0 stopping time with Aria, Santa Fe and Captiva, all of these have rear discs.

Your car is looking mean and muscular as usual! But i don like that antenna on the bonnet , its kinda spoiling the looks of the car. The FE which you are getting is good actually , my friend having one gets much lesser figures.
