Don't really know who has been talking about global recession and austerity measures but a select few in India are proving things differently. Think I'm talking out of my head; ask the Luxury Car Manufacturers. Better still, just ask Mercedes-Benz India. While its competition is busy with their launch strategies, Mercedes-Benz appear to be in a league of their own.

Being called the Kolhapur group, they are to close the deal on 180 cars in one group buy! Just some last minute negotiations are to be taken care off, concerning the opening of a dedicated service centre, some insurance and price discounts along with an extention in the service warranty period and a special finance rate from the lending institutions. While bookings are to be confirmed in a few days from now at a specially arranged exhibition in Kolhapur by company dealer B.U. Bhandari, deliveries are scheduled to be in the month of March, next year .
