Sorry to say maintenance expense and parts are cheaper in figo compared to swift. Driving in city is good too has almost zero turbo lag and drives like a sedan and has handlying as good as the punto .
Rest all things I agree with you .
But most important in swift vdi price you get figo with more boot and cabin space, abs and airbags .
Please read figo ownership threads the a.s.s expenses are very cheap viz swift.

Are you comparing the petrol variants or the diesel variants ?
Anyway as my avatar pic shows my vote goes for Swift !
But I won't underestimate diesel Figo. I have not driven a Figo yet but those who have it(the diesel variants) says that its good for city driving. Its a capable car as it offers more VFM than Swift when it comes to diesel variants especially the fully loaded Titanium diesel variant for it price .

Driving experience is always good in swift than figo in my view....i drove both swift n figo(petrol nd diesel)
what i liked in figo:
*Ineriors
*rear view which is a crap in swift
*Stock ICE
what i liked in swift:
*Top notch performance
*Gear shift(in figo its bit hard to shift ;) )
*Driver seat(im in love with this)
*The most important one....Fun to Drive in city and on highway its a bull :)

100% Swift !!

That is simply because its a Great Machine. Also because of its wide network & reliability. I would not discount the cute looking figo though. But I would surely not keep Figo in Par with Swift. Swift stands apart despite many drawbacks. My vote would be to Swift & also my display pic is of my Swift :)

i have driven the swift as well. I totally agree that the engine of swift (diesel) is unbeatable. Apart from that if you want the drive pleasure its the FIGO. It gives you more better hold on the road, perfectly tuned suspension and comfort.

Rightly said man, even my friend booked swift mid version diesel 3 months back and now he is happy riding with punto booked and got delivery in 1week of time.

Figo diesel any day compared to Swift!
* True VFM
* Superb boot (New Swift has really pathetic boot)
* Good rear seat leg room
* Better highway manners
* Better steering feedback (Whats that in case of Swift?)
* Lesser waiting period (In case of Swift, God bless!)
