recently attended a free check up camp by Maruti ,
got a chance to test drive SX4 just sharing few points about sx4 D compared to Dzire D

1.engine noise in cabin is much greater than Dzire
2.no turbo kick in feel so not a driver's car
3.ride was very bumpy
4.A pillar is much thicker creating blind spots

@vvk1987 i dont agree with your first 2 points.NVH in sx4 is definitely better than dzire.dzire uses FGT while its VGT in sx4,so you may not get the sudden turbo kick but a linear acceleration

Engine noise level is excellent. And turbo kick is not there, but the turbo sound is much sharper while accelerating which most of them like(with windows down). Yeah, the ride is bumpy, but it translates into better highway handling. And totally agree with the A-pillar part, Visibility is poor.

Pros in Sx4

-> Good leg room
-> Best GC
-> Higher Stance (SUV like seating)
-> Better Highway characteristic
-> Excellent Braking (one of the bests)
